Start workshop: In a start workshop we establish your future team, agree on the aims, contents and the distribution of tasks in the project. The co-shapers receive instructions for their structured preparation.
Methodical organizational preparations: Especially according to your need we prepare an efficient methodical procedure. For this purpose we analyze the information provided by your company. The preparation also includes to produce or ensure the availability of all necessary working tools and the organizational preparation of the seminar room.
FutureScan: We research and describe the 40 to 50 most important future factors (technologies, trends and issues) of your market (FutureScan I). Additionally we imagine some possible future business lines and models of which your company could benefit in future (FutureScan II). The results of the FutureScan are brought into the shape of illustrative and small posters which are hanged up in the room during the workshop.
Opening: At the evening before or at the morning of the first workshop day we introduce the participants into the basics of future management in an motivating way. If the opening takes place in the morning, the workshop continues into the evening.
Workshop days:
- According to the methodical steps of the "Eltville Model" we jointly identify the future developments of your market and work out new business lines and models for the future.
- We jointly develop a strategic vision and protect it from possible strategic surprises. At the end we jointly determine the short-term goals and establish the projects and responsibilities for their implementation.
Documentation: We provide a comprehensive documentation of all results and the methodical step in one electronic file with attachments. Every participant receives a CD-ROM and - if requested - a physical file with the results printed on paper.
Closing workshop: At a short closing workshop - maybe with selected participants only - we round up the results and agree upon the further procedure of implementation.
